EzyDog Australia guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.
If you are unable to return an item to the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from EzyDog Australia Website, please provide the details of the issue as well as a picture showing the defective area. Send to: enquiries@ezydog.com.au

PLEASE NOTE:
• Shorter names we be enlarged to suit space available on labels.
• Labels are sold in sets of 2.
• Securely fitting to the Harness with hook and loop, one label attaches to each side of the harness or backpack.
• EzyDog reserves the right to refuse any text choices deemed offensive or inappropriate.
• Please allow 2 business days for orders containing Personalised Labels to be processed and shipped.
• Please check your text carefully as Personalised Labels cannot be returned.
