Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that personalised labels are printed and shipped from our Australian warehouse, which can add a little extra processing time. All labels will come in a seperate parcel.

We ship with New Zealand Couriers and Aus Post. Once your parcel is with the courier, it is in their network and unfortunately we don’t have control over transit times.

Returns Process

Before sending an item back for return, be certain that:
  • The item is unworn and unused with original tags/packaging still attached. We will not refund soiled, tarnished or items without tags.
  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item was purchased from EzyDog.co.nz
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Please note: Unless it's a quality issue, customised labels cannot be returned.

Submit your Return

1. Start Your Return

Log into our returns portal HERE with your order number and email. Select the item(s) and tell us why you're returning it.

2. Choose: Exchange or Refund

  • Exchange: We'll suggest the right size. You will pay the label fee when you submit your exchange.
  • Refund: The label fee will be deducted from your refund amount or Store Credit amount.
  • Note: If you have selected checkout+ at checkout, you will not have to pay for the return label fee.

3. Get Your Label & Ship

We'll email your AusPost/New Zealand courier return label. Print it, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the courier.

4. Track & Wait

Use the tracking number to monitor your parcel. Once it arrives at our warehouse, allow 1 - 2 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

5. Done

  • Exchange: Your new item ships out (usually within 2–3 business days of us receiving your return).
  • Refund: Your money (minus the label fee if applicable) is issued, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Warranty/Guarantee

EzyDog New Zealand guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from Ezydog New Zealand Website, please provide the details of the issue as well as a picture showing the defective issue. Send to: enquiries@ezydog.co.nz
