Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours during business days.

We ship via New Zealand Couriers. Depending on where you live Regular Post is 3-5 working days. More information on delivery times can be found at New Zealand Couriers website https://help.nzcouriers.co.nz/tracking-receiving-items/delivery-eta.

If you cannot track your package via the link we send you, please contact our Customer Support immediately.

Returns Process

Before sending an item back for return, be certain that:
  • The item is unworn and unused with original tags/packaging still attached. We will not refund soiled or tarnished items
  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item was purchased from EzyDog.co.nz
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • Please note: Unless it's a quality issue, customised labels cannot be returned.
Please send back items that are in an 'as new' condition to the address below:
  • We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.
  • Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number.
  • The refund will be provided using your original payment method
  • An email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on any statements. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchange

To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.
Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.
Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.

 

Warranty/Guarantee

EzyDog New Zealand guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from Ezydog New Zealand Website, please provide the details of the issue as well as a picture showing the defective issue. Send to: enquiries@ezydog.co.nz

Please note the 1 Year Warranty DOES NOT apply to any LOGIN Branded Products or ODR OUT Products.
