EzyDog Australia guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.
If you are unable to return an item to the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from EzyDog Australia Website, please provide the details of the issue as well as a picture showing the defective area. Send to: enquiries@ezydog.com.au
