Marine Leash LITE

I have the Marine Leash and took the chance at a discount opportunity to purchase three of the LITE version. It offers everything you have in the standard Marine with thinner rope that is easier and faster to coil and put in your pocket. The Marine clip is really useful, you can use it to clip to your dog’s collar or to clip around the rope and make a slip lead. The small ring on the handle end in combination with the clip allows options for easily tethering your dog to something. The marine clip also allows you to carry the lead around your shoulders and behind your back….thus keeping your pocket empty for other stuff. It’s then easy to unclip by simply feeling for the ‘pin’ and pulling. The LITE version is strong enough for two of my border collies - but they are trained not to pull. It would be okay for by biggest dog too…it just looks a bit daft!

I also have a standard Luca lead: 5 stars would be awarded if put the ‘metal restrictor’ found on the Luca, on these Marines to limit the smallest size loop when using it as a slip lead.. It just such an obvious omission.
