Returns & Refunds Policy
At EzyDog, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — whether it’s the wrong fit, style, or a simple change of mind. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window and two flexible refund options to best suit your needs.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item was purchased directly from ezydog.co.nz
- Item is unused (trying it on is okay!)
- Original tags are still attached or returned with the item
- Item is clean and undamaged
Products cannot be returned after 30 days of delivery
Please note:
- Personalised items (e.g. custom name labels) cannot be returned
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products not purchased on the EzyDog websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Refund Options
You can choose between:
Store Credit (Best Value!)
- Get an extra 10% on top of your original order value
(e.g. returned item $50, receive $55 in store credit) - Credited to your account as soon as your item is received and inspected
Refund to Original Payment Method
- Issued once your item is received and inspected
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed
- Allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider
Return Process
- Submit your return request HERE
- Provide the order number and email address
- Select the Item(s) you want to return
- Follow on screen prompts
- Choose your Refund Option:
- Either Store Credit (Best Value - Get 10% more!)
- Or, Refund to Original Payment Method
6. Send the item(s), plus the packing slip or a note with the order number written on it back to:
